[Alkaline Your Water]
Key lime water helps the body maintain a healthy internal environment through an acidic-alkaline paradox: while key limes are highly acidic before consumption, they have a profoundly alkalizing effect on the body once metabolized.
The process works as follows:
Metabolic Alkalinity: During digestion, the citric acid in key limes is completely oxidized and eliminated via respiration and water, leaving behind alkaline-forming minerals.
Buffering System: Because the body strictly regulates its blood pH (which naturally stays between 7.35 and 7.45), dietary acids do not alter systemic blood pH. Instead, the alkalizing effect helps the body efficiently buffer and neutralize excess acid byproducts from common diets (like those high in meats and processed foods)
Systemic Support: By promoting an optimal internal environment, the alkalizing minerals (such as calcium and potassium) aid cellular function and promote healthy digestion and fluid balance.

Add: one Key Lime into 1L filtered, distilled, fresh water, squeeze the juice in to the water, don't add the entire lime.
The pH of your water will change to an alkaline state, less acid, key limes are more alkaline in nature better for body.
Store water: at room temperature for 24 hours store in fridge for up to 48 hours in store in glass bottles only.
